Return and Exchange Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your Vital Elements product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We offer a cash refund within 14 days and store credit within 30 days. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unused items in resalable condition. Please note that sale items, display items, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as your packing slip, order confirmation email, or return confirmation email.

• Refunds: A cash refund is available for returns within 14 days, and store credit is available for returns within 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Replacements: If an item has a manufacturer’s defect, you can return it for a replacement within 30 days at no additional cost. Contact our customer service team for assistance with defective products.

• Timing of Refunds: Once your return is received at our distribution center, refunds to the original form of payment will be processed within 8-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
