Vital Elements

Our Family Farm

Jim Hutchens, Vital Element’s CEO, has a family farm in Eastern Oregon which is considered the finest Hemp growing environment in the world.  Jim’s family has owned and worked the farm since 1972.  Jim grew up on the farm playing and working in the fields where Vital Element’s Hemp is now grown.  Vital Element’s founders have a deep passion for serving others and this venture is truly a labor of love.  The Hemp is raised using organic farming practices, harvested and processed by hand.  Once the hand bucked flower is cured it is processed into the highest quality CBD Isolate.  That CBD Isolate is what’s found in all of Vital Element’s products.  Seed to Sales.

Our recipe is simple … WATER + DIRT and a whole lot of LOVE.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of over 100 naturally occurring compounds called cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is responsible for the “high” associated with cannabis, CBD does not have psychoactive effects.

CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS), a complex cell-signaling system involved in maintaining balance in several functions, such as mood, stress responses, and sleep cycles. The ECS includes receptors, enzymes, and endocannabinoids, which are naturally produced by the body. By interacting with these receptors, CBD may support the ECS in maintaining a balanced response to various physiological processes.
