Vital Elements strives to complete all orders within 3-5 business days, (that doesn’t include weekends or holidays), however most orders are completed sooner.  We used a third party shipper and orders are usually processed the same day that they are received.  

You may return any product for a full refund within 30 days of having received it. Once initiating a return you have 7 days to ship it or you’ll lose your instant credit/refund. To be clear, you have 30 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 7 days after it’s initiated to get it out the door.

• Most items will be shipped FedEx.
• Occasionally items will be shipped via USPS as well.
