Jim Hutchens, Vital Element’s CEO, has a family farm in Eastern Oregon which is considered the finest Hemp growing environment in the world. Jim’s family has owned and worked the farm since 1972. Jim grew up on the farm playing and working in the fields where Vital Element’s Hemp is now grown. Vital Element’s founders have a deep passion for serving others and this venture is truly a labor of love. The Hemp is raised using organic farming practices, harvested and processed by hand. Jim started growing hemp in 2017 in Ontario, Oregon, which is considered to be one of the top regions in the world for growing Hemp. Jim is a combat Veteran who spent 29 years as an Army Helicopter pilot and spent 10 years policing the drug trafficking trade from the skies. Kevin spent 25+ years in the corporate space, managing large sales teams for manufacturing companies. Kevin and his sales teams have closed over 2 billion dollars in revenue over his corporate career. Kevin also managed business development for the largest affiliate digital marketing company on the planet, with close to 800k affiliate marketers. He is a Marine Corps Veteran, a dad, and a huge Red Sox fan.
