How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Unfortunately, there’s no way to change your shipping address once it’s processed.

Yes, we charge sales tax where it’s applicable.

Do you ship international?
At this time, we only ship in the US.

Will my items come in one package?
In most cases, your order will come in one package with the exception of backordered or pre order items.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
If you’re not completely happy with your Vital Elements purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to provide you a cash refund within 14 days and store credit within 30 days. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unused items in resalable condition (excludes sale items, display items and business supplies; which are Final Sale).

Can I be on a waitlist for an item that is sold out?
